TU/TH a.m. Ocean Room with Ms. Amanda & Ms. Riki

We've been busy the last couple months in the Ocean Room.  We started off the year learning about our 5 senses.  We did so many fun things during these two weeks, but learning about smell and touch were especially fun!

We used Jello to paint our names and it smelled so good!!

We also played with slime and made a collage with many different textures.

We also talked about vehicles/things that go and practiced working together to build a train track.   We even had our very own car wash in our classroom!

We've also been working hard on learning our letters, what sound they say and how to form/write them.  Sometimes writing the letters can be tricky so we work on our fine motor skills through other activities to help make it a little easier.  

After all that hard work, sometimes we just need to sing some songs and dance a little!!  Music with Ms. Marina, freeze dance and Tap, Tap, Tap are our favorites!
