Laura's Ranch Class 2015

Our team has been focusing on letters D, I, B, and E for the past few weeks. We've made egg patterns, painted with bubbles, observed insects (crickets), and they dug for dinosaur fossils.

We have learned all the Phonograms and the song that goes with it. We review them daily and play fun games that help them recall what they've been learning.

We just finished all our frog jump capital letters (D E N M R P B F) in handwriting. They love to use the smartboard and the ipads to reinforce the writing they do on paper.

We have started sending home Bob Books (early readers) to work on at home with their parents.  It is our goal in the ranch to prepare these children for kindergarten so they will succeed easily next year.
