Deep into the holiday season here in the Forest room, everyone is sharing giggles, making crafts, and positioning their learning caps just right! We have had a blast learning about lots of new things, such as Fall, pumpkins, Halloween, monsters, pets, insects, colors, Thanksgiving, Winter weather, Christmas, and so much more! The children are becoming more and more comfortable with their number and letter identification, as well as their printing. We have covered many shapes, and have used our critical thinking skills to turn shapes into different creatures and objects, as well as identifying where we have seen these shapes outside of the classroom, in real world situations.
