What a wonderful 6 weeks we have had here in the Beach Room! We have had a blast learning all about our families, how to keep our body healthy and strong, the parts of our body, numbers, colors, shapes, and so much more! These kiddos are so bright and bring endless smiles and giggles to our classroom each and every day :)
Come take a glimpse to the exciting moments we have had within our classroom!
The students build their knowledge of number value by counting out sets of stars for the number of the week. Then, they practice their fine motor skills by pasting the stars down to their worksheet.
While learning about the parts of the body, the kiddos made shimmering hearts!
We always start our day by putting our hands over our heart and saying the Pledge of Allegiance. I take pride in telling my class that this is our way to give thanks and commemorate all the men and women that keep our country safe.
Practicing our number of the week... the number 4!
We had so much fun when Mrs. Marina came to visit and gave our class a wonderful music lesson!
We welcomed the cool weather by pasting shimmering fall leaves to the number of the week!
The kiddos also had a wonderful time creating these beautiful rainbow- enhanced fall leaves! It was so much fun! :)
Having a blast during Free Exploration time!
Dance Party! :)
Working on skeleton diagrams while learning about the different parts of our body.
"The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go!"
Hope you enjoyed the little peek into our classroom!
